with whipped cream cheese spread mixed with honey = divine. tweaking it a bit before calling it a definite success, but for the first try, i’m super happy.
No gym? No problem (; Go outside and do something! A lot of people don’t have money or time for the gym. Some people have gym memberships but don’t go. The best investment is the time you put in working out, in the gym or not.
Decided to push myself a bit today and walked to the park and ran a quick two miles before walking around & finding workouts to do with things I found. Plenty of these are very common in most parks, and some parks [like the one I go to] have par courses [fitness trails] & give you the equipment to workout in! All of this was monetarily free! All I had to do was get out there!
PS. I got scared doing bench jumps because I don’t have the best balance out there & the benches are concrete & I already hit my shin on my 3rd jump. Did step ups as a replacement. If you can’t do something [box jumps, push ups, running, etc.] don’t beat yourself up over it. You improve as you go on. Improvise and keep going. Getting there is half the fun [and pain].
I want to buy a pair of boxing gloves. I don’t have a punching bag so I plan to just punch the wall or something. My friend has a punching bag, so I’ll be punching a bag too. I hope, but regardless I want to get one soon, from Amazon [no tax & I have Prime membership].
What weight is good? I really don’t know anything about it, so I would love input from those who would know.

i’m so bloated from last night- had a few drinks but a lot of cheez its & Trader Joe’s cookie butter O_O so gooood, but i would rather spend time recovering from working out than alcohol & junk food.
i don’t do it often, so i don’t feel guilty, its just recovery SUCKS for this light weight who lifts heavy (;
Life would be so much easier if I was an attractive white girl.

TRUE AS FUCK. Although I have grown to be proud of my face, my body, my Filipino roots, and myself.
I’m a smidge white, lols.
I like being Filipino! We have some bomb ass food & big calves.
Joking aside, I’m proud of who I am, because really what matters most is where you want to be and how you get there.
when you wake up an hour before your alarm and decide to run.
managed to get dressed up and everything, but you walk out the door with slippers on.
needless to say i went back to bed and slept for two more hours.
